Hi, I’m Laurie!
Laurie Lewis has changed the lives of thousands through her practice and coaching of Intermittent Fasting. Utilizing the fasting principles of Gin Stephens, Dr. Jason Fung, and Dr. Bert Herring, Laurie uses technology to coach people around the world. Laurie takes on individual coaching clients (phone + text), and leads her 8-week workshop live online (Zoom + Facebook).
Stubborn hormonal fat hit hard in 2012, causing her to suddenly gain 50 pounds. For years, she tried everything – the old tricks that always worked – to no avail. Nothing made a difference and she had almost resigned to the “fact” that she would keep gaining weight and feeling horrible forever. At a particularly despondent time in 2017, a video unexpectedly popped up which would turn the course of her life. She stayed up all night learning about Intermittent Fasting, and started that very same night.
Within days of eating in her new pattern of time, the fog lifted and she felt awake and “like herself.” Laurie’s health, strength, and slender weight have restored – 50+ pounds lost --and at 56-years old she is vibrantly thriving in her Intermittent Fasting lifestyle.
Combining a 20-year personal study of nutrition (Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition) with her research and practice of Intermittent Fasting, Laurie supports clients and participants with a dream come true. Yes, it is possible to eat the foods you love and live your life feeling strong, vibrant, and lean!
